Registration for the
Fall 2007 - Spring 2008 Season
You can still complete late registration online and get added to the waiting list by mailing your printed forms up until September 1. Go to www.eayso.org and follow the links to be added to the waitlist for AYSO 324. Print out and sign three copies of your registration forms (one copy is for your records). Then mail TWO signed copies, with a check for $110 per player. Uniforms cost $25 if needed. Your check will only be cashed if your child is placed on a team. All first year players must include proof of age such as copy of birth certificate or passport. Mail forms and payments to: Myriam Smith, 28 Walnut Street, Dobbs Ferry, NY 10522.

Eligibility
Any child born between August 1, 1991 and July 31, 2003.
Proof of Age required for all NEW Registrants (passport, birth certificate).
Cost
$110 per child (you may order new uniform for $25 if needed).
Scholarships are available for financial hardships.
Volunteers
AYSO is an all-volunteer organization. We can only form as many teams as we have Coach and Referee volunteers! Volunteers are also needed as Assistant Coaches, Team Parents, Field Preparation, etc. We need more volunteers!

Ayso324's policy is that a full refund is given until June 30. After June 30th, refunds are only given for medical reasons.
Due to regional growth, AYSO will only form teams equal to the number of COACH and REFEREE volunteers!
